change your ugly start menu selection pic

sick of the white pale selection pic, now it's time to change it! haha, copy (unzip the rar file first, the pic in rar is different from the direct png one) the png file you like to /windows to replace the original one, then restart your phone. done!

there are two different png files in the attachments (png file and rar file)
