Start Icon Not Respnding

Ok I Did A Hard Reset And When It Was Done I Could Not Access My Start Menu By Tapping On it. I Have To Press The Hard Key. Also the Task Manager(I think) Icon Is Not Responding So Well. Can Anyone Help Me? Please I really Need Your Help. Also Everything Else works.
EDIT: Ok I Firgured Out The Reason Why It Wasnt Responding, Its Because I Have To Click A Bit Above The Icon Now.
Can Someone Help Me Fix This? I Have To Click Above The Icon Or Whatever im clicking on. This is Really Annoying. Could I Get a Warranty Replacement?

try re-aligning your screen with the stylus

start, settings, system, screen or something like that, re-align

Good Call! - You can also access the alignment screen mode on the Touch Pro 2 by holding the volume up and volume down at the same time then while those are still pressed tap the screen.
