Touch Pro 2 battery indicator

In the old Touch Pro, if you touched the battery icon on the top part of your screen, it would show you your battery meter. This doesn't seem to be possible with the TP2. All I can seem to do is go to settings and then click on the battery section to get here, is there a better shortcut that I'm not aware of? TIA!

With Mobile Shell installed you can lay a battery icon on your screen.
When pressed, it will show you all battery infos.

Or you can install the 1%-indicator, i guess its better then the standard battery symbol...

my vzw 6.5 stock rom shows a battery meter if I touch the battery

so I guess you can either be patient or unlock & flash...
