Need help can't fina a Icon

On the indigroove ROM when i add the program XDA-Tom_Codon CM Wifi Internet Sharing VGA.cab program it installs normal and is even in the remove programs so it is there but for the life of me i can't find it the icon for it.It was always in the settings/comm and now i search everywhere on my phone and can't find the icon AGGG any help?


I should say i see it when i am on the ROM but when i switch to SPB Shell it is not listed why is this? always was before with mobile shell and on his last rom.If you install the cab there has to be a icon somewhere right?


I reinstalled it and now it does show up but in the programs part on where it was before.Sorry no need for any replies.
