Re: MOTOROLA S9-HD phones... just grabbed a pair.
Well, I got my S9-HD repros from Hong Kong today. My initial thoughts? Not bad! I saved over 40.00 on the name brand ones and these work flawlessly so far, the work over 30' away from my TP2, and sound as good as my other run of the mill 30.00 headphones. Decent acceptable sound with full enough bass and clear enough mids and highs to where you are listening to the music, not avoiding the poor quality sound. There are some design compromises such as a slight rattle when you tap the headset while holding it with one hand, and the M is upside down on the earphone. It came with a little motorola charger, and two extra earbuds, and a poorly translated manual, but operation was easy and worked as expected. Otherwise the clarity is fine for answering calls, volume, track, and even voice command worked ( I love asking my phone "what time is it"). I think these will be just great for bike riding around town. By the way, it paired and worked fine with my Macbook!

Just moved over to TP2 from 6800. Having problems pairing headsets (nonHong Kong). Any insights appreciated....

Funny, I have the original S9's and they worked flawlesslly with my 6800. Now it pairs with my tp2, but will disconnect after about 2 minutes when steaming music to them. When connected to handsfree, they work fine.
