Is there a Free International Texting or Calling software/hacks to call from USA to other countries for Touch Pro 2?

with google voice you can send free international texts. I'm not sure of anything for cals though

intl calls are cheaper with google voice aswell

how do you send international free text messages with Google voice?
I thought only usa text messages can be done lol so soz =P

And, what about receiving international texts via Google voice - free also? Thanks - not familiar with this program.

i have sent texts to france before though dont remember if i received one back. if u google it theres a pretty big thread about on a google support forum.
