Cdma touch pro 2 digitizer (screen)

HELP!!!
I just got a new touch pro 2 over the weekend. The sprint store gave me a new upgrade from the TP since I was having issues. When they gave me the TP2, i didn't get the accessories. Handed me the phone and I walked out the store.
Anyway, while in my back pocket (since I have no case for it) it fell out the side pocket, landed face down on the ceramic floor, and the digitizer cracked!!
It doesn't affect anything else, the screen still works, no LCD damage, but i can NOT find the digitizer for the CDMA version of this phone. All the GSM models have this hold in the upper right hand corner.

Anyone know where I can either buy one, or who i can send it to, to get it fixed??
