Not seeing all 7 bars

I count 7. How did you do it, what cabs/regedits?

All I did was flash the Dec 17th NRG Dusk ROM & then install the BilboBrian taskbar (I think that's all I did anyway)

Wounder if it is built off a Sprint ROM, Sprint has 7 bars stock if I am correct. Would be nice if someone could figure this out.
