Which HTC TV cable?
Hello all
I was interested in getting one of the HTC TV Out Cables but from what I see so far there seems to be two different numbered ones. The T110 and the ACT100 The ACT100 often seems to be referred to as a OEM what ever that means. At any rate they very well may just be the same but I have seen some reviews in regards to other devices that certain cables don't work with certain devices so I was just wondering if anyone has used either one with their TP2 yet and found that it worked with out issue. OEM refers to Original Equipment Manufacturer.
A lot of the acessory stuff you see on e-bay is not OEM it is a copy (aftermarket), often the standard of materials used are not as high with these aftermarket products. That said, I just bought one of these video cables from e-bay coming from hong kong. I expect it to do the job just as well as an OEM cable. Ther is a version with the mini usb female port in the junction block (to charge while being used) and a version without, that may be what you are seeing.

I have this one, it works really well. The shipping took a long time but since it did, the seller refunded my purchase. it eventually came but... I never told him, so I got it and an extra battery for nothing. [EDIT] looks like that guy has no more listings.
