SKTools has a "registry explorer" too, but a) the app is not freeware, and b) the registry explorer is just one tool in the SKTools toolkit. Works really well though...export function...like PHM....but you can also convert REG -> CAB

Right on Kov, Sktools is da real deal when it comes to multi functionality. I manipulate all TP2 colors with it...must have in my case
