I use Awesome Start and it meets my needs and is a standard install when flashing ROMs.

Not free, but personally I use Hi-Launcher and like it a lot:

I like quickmenu and assigned the windows button for it which is done in quickmenu settings. Since doing doing this, I can launch and close quickmenu with that button without interfering with the app im currently in. I can also close any or all open up with quickmenu without going into task manager.
