I flashed NEW*[ROM]Jan 18,10 Merdin's Windows Phone Inn Manila 2.5/2.1 Sense UI *4 VERSIONS* last night and after doing carrier provisioning I can't make any calls. When I try, I am forwarded to an "outside operator who will help me complete my call with a credit card or calling card." I remember seeing on one of the screens "OTA Mode," which I have never seen before, although I can't seem to find it again. I flashed back to stock 6.5 to no avail. PLEASE HELP
