How to change windows icon/bar?
Hey i was just wondering if there is a way to change the new windows bar at the bottom, to the old start menu/ task bar at the top on some cooked ROMS??

you can download cabs that change your taskbar. or you could cook one up yourself as far as how you cook one i dont know sry.
