Stuck on boot screen, and just vibrates
Hey guys,
I flashed my friends TP2 to standard MightyRom a couple days ago. And today he just came over and showed me that his phone won't boot. When I turn it on it vibes quick, as usual, and shows the Touch Pro 2 screen, also normal. But then it just stays there, doesn't even load the rom/radio info in red down at the bottom. And after a few seconds it just vibrates, constantly, until I pull the battery. I've done everything I could think of. Flashed the updated MightyROM, didn't work. Flashed to stock, didnt' work. Did a hardware hard reset, that just vibed when it was done, didn't even reboot the phone. So I just relocked it and he's gonna head into Verizon and talk to someone. I just wanted to ask if anyone has any idea what went wrong. He told me that it first happened when he pulled his headphones out of the jack, it just rebooted and started doing this whole thing. I've searched, and searched, and no one else seems to have this problem. I don't think it was the flash, because my own TP2 has never had this problem. Any ideas?

Re: Stuck on boot screen, and just vibrates
Anybody have a clue? The phone belongs to Sqwee there, and he's already getting a new one from Verizon, but the techie in me is screaming to know what actually went wrong and/or how to fix it. HAHA! So any input would be appreciated.

Re: Stuck on boot screen, and just vibrates
Yes I did. Was even able to relock it. But the damn thing would not boot up. Like I said, it's already been replaced, but I'm just really curious as to what exactly happened. To prevent/fix it in the future.
