any custom ROM plays raining graphics and photos slidesmoothly without glitch

on background for all manila with black raining fix i have glitching in all the roms including mighty cfay and juggalo. also sliding pictures up in the pictures tab glitches .while sliding them down will not.it usually does not glitch with the default background.
raining glitches is obvious when the wiper starts which makes the phone looks really slow.anybody knows any wmm.6.5 rom that is fast and has strong graphics tweaks to run them smoothly.i know for a fact the 6.1 calculin kitchen is running these dd graphics smoothly.but i am interested in knowing what other Roms are fast and tweaked to run the above graphics smoothly.

I know its a minor issue, but it annoys me so much when i experience that.i would love to have a ROM without it but i haven't found one yet.

All the roms I have tried I think mighty is the best but haven't seen one that is 100%. WM 6.5 sucks - I think it's way slower than 6.1
