How do people who owned the original Touch Pro feel about it now?

I just realized.....that thing was a complete piece of crap lol. I remember back in '08 when I couldn't wait to get that phone! All the phone sites were talking about how awesome it was and how it was one of the best phones ever made (which it may have been at the time) but after a month I absolutely hated that thing. I went through 3 NEW replacements in a year for the same keyboard problem. Now that I have the Touch Pro2 I couldn't imagine having a touch screen any smaller. That's just how I feel though

The hardware was a POS. Especially compared to the TP2.

Re: How do people who owned the original Touch Pro feel about it now?

to be honest, the tp1 was a LOT better than the mogul i had before it. i used to switch between my vogue and tp1 all the time though, just because my vogue was so solid and quick i never had a problem but then i'd go back to the tp1 for the keyboard and the higher res screen. it was a vicious cycle. after running the tp2 since its release i switched back to the vogue a couple days ago and couldn't deal with it for more than 2 hours it was so slow and laggy. i absolutely love the tp2! definite keeper, i'm just wondering what my next phone will be.

it still makes a good internet connection for my laptop. but when I pick it up I can hardly navigate on that small screen. I don't see how I used to do it

Re: How do people who owned the original Touch Pro feel about it now?

When I first went from the TP to TP2 I thought I would miss the smaller form factor of the TP- however the improved battery life immediately sold me on the TP2. So far the TP2 has been the best WM phone I have used to date.

Re: How do people who owned the original Touch Pro feel about it now?

I knew it was a piece of crap at the time. It all went downhill starting with the Mogul. The Touch Pro2 isn't much better, but at least it's a show of things to come

I hate my old tp1 vs my tp2 now.... Small screen, dying keyboard, horrible battery, laggy..... I love my tp2 now
