I went into Settings>Power>Advanced: In the 2 external power boxes, I selected both Turn Off BackLight & Turn Off Device times (60 & 120 secs).

Observed it & see that the device DOES NOT go to sleep but maybe in a rare once in while.

Is there something happening that could be breaking this algorithm?

I have Pocket Outlook on as "receive mail as it arrives".
Otherwise - verything else is turned off.

Only TotalCleanUp tweaks is installed on Stock Sprint ROM 6.1.
