TP2 Video compression question???

I shot video of a friend of mine singing kareoke last night, and im trying to send it to him. Unfortunately the file is too big to send. I know when pictures that are too big to send they can be compressed inside the phone. I was wondering if you guys knew a way I could compress this file so i could send via my phone... Any help is greatly appreciated...
