Sipchange Uninstall?

I installed Sipchange and had no luck getting it to work and now it is slowing down my Touch pro 2 drastically. Is there a cab or anything to unistall it because it isnt in the list of programs and cannot be found in any files on the device. Thank you

Even if you can't uninstall it, if you delete the shortcut to it in the windows/start folder it shouldn't really matter.
