File explorer stopped loading

My file explorer no longer loads. Not sure why it's not working. Do I need to hard reset?

I restarted the device many times, I removed the sd card. Still doesn't load when I click it, just goes to the home screen.

The only issue I had today was a problem uninstalling dharvey programs tab, not sure if it stopped then or something else recently.
