Verizon 6.4 update tethering

Does anyone know if VZW can detect tethering with the newly released 6.5 update? I don't want any $1500 surprise phone bills.

If you just update and enable the free tethering then they can see it though Verizon generally wont due anything till you hit around 4.5 gig on your data per month (which is a lot on on any wireless connection) if you go above that they still may not do anything depending on your area but you still risk it.

this is the one i use provided by Mr. X and MightyMike, be sure to slap em a thanks,you will know it works when your not redirected to the vzw pg and also you can check your data useage and see no charges when you look at your bill online (updated daily)

I use ICSInstall.cab for Internet shearing. I have Verizon and a unlimited data plan. I have been tethering for about 3 or 4 months and Verizon has never said anything or charged me any extra.
