HTC Touch Pro 2 & Imagio

These phones ae nearly identical with the exception of the keyboard of the tp2 and the mobile tv/vcast services of the Imagio

so i was wondering why cant the same hard spl and roms be used for both phones?

from what i understand theres no official hardspl for the imagio yet thus no custom roms for it. and also what takes so long for the hard spl's to be released?

i think its because about 6 people own an imagio. theres not a huge demand for it.
although cmonex stated on the 12th of jan over at xda that the hspl would be ready in a matter of days.

LOL, exactly.

A guy I work with bought one thinking he didn't need the KB so the imagio would be perfect for him.

He absolutely hated it however (I don't remember exactly why) & returned it a week later & bought a TP2.
