Hard resets and contacts help!!!

hey everyone i juss hard reseted my fone back to the way i first got it but before i did that i backed up my contacts as a pim file but im kinda lost now....i dnt know how to get my contacts back into my fone and is there any rom you guys can recommend me to keep my phone running pretty fast and with no issue like the one i had before hard resetting....with the whole 1/1/16 text issue lmao....can anyone tell me how to get my contacts back into my fone now

Just put the pim file on your device in the My Device Folder. Contacts should instantly be there. If not, just soft reset.
