[Utility] Easily switch to roaming

A nice addition or separate utility would be to adjust when the phone switches over to roaming automatically. Lately Sprint has been trying desperately to keep me on their network and only letting me switch After my call is dropped If we could adjust the threshold that would be great.

Here is the Registry edit for enabling Hidden Phone Settings "Mode of Operation" option to pick 1X mode only.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting

Change the option HiddenModeOperationPage from 1 to 0

Then go to Phone/menu/option/service/and check in the list, "Mode of Operation" should be at the bottom. You have 3 choices, Hybrid, EVDO, and 1X.
