Upgrade for Facebook app

I cant get the Facebook app 1.007 off of my phone or upgrade to the 1.1. I am using the MightyRom, newest version. Lovin the rom though.

Not being able to remove an existing app from a cooked ROM is to be expected.

Normally an upgrade is possible, but the 1.1 app is not an official release; it was reverse engineered from a non-touchscreen version. So, it may have a different structure.

What errors / messages do you get when you try to install 1.1?

You must install it to the device. This will overwrite the one on the ROM.

I wish the new update came with chat like the iphones...
