Without contract that phone retails for almost $700...Do you really think a premium PocketPC phone should be put in your pocket where you risk damaging it? I know I'm going off on a tirant...but I just don't see the logic behind some peoples thinking when they put a expensive phone in there pants...It's not meant to be put there.
I have never had problems with my phone dialing...I don't put my phone in my pockets. I carry my phone in my original HTC branded leather belt holder...and it's still in perfect condition.
There are programs out there to rectify your issue...but I stress you think twice when putting your phone in your pocket..

I can appreciate your sentiment. I was an avid user of belt cases for every phone I've used for the past 9 years. I would always check on Krusell to see they had a compatible case for my phone as they make (imho) very nice quality cases. However, more and more with the case on my belt, it was getting bumped and caught on things and at times being snagged and pulled from my belt. My last case for my Motorola Q9h was a Cellet brand, the clip failed and I couldn't find just the clip to replace w/out buying a whole new case, so I started carrying my phone in my left front pocket. I don't put anything else in that pocket with the phone, and have had no damage or bumping issues while in that pocket, (there it something very near that pocket that has been VERY well protected for my whole life

)).
I have worried about lint or dust getting behind screen, but so far no problems with either phone I've carried this way.
I also have been using InvisibleShield from zagg.com for my past several phones, but so far haven't got one for the TP2, still can't decide on that.
By the way, I tried S2U2 and found it a bit buggy. The slider didn't work very easily to unlock phone, and the touch screen to change settings did not align or work as it should.
I uninstalled it and tried PocketShield, liked it a a LOT and registered it for $10.50 on sale. It's working very well for me so far and I like the look of the HTC skin it has and also the display of email/SMS/vm etc. on the lock screen.
