Two questions, Cell polling interval, and dialer screen rotation.

I know I have seen the polling question answered before, but what is the reg to lower the tower polling interval? I have noticed it takes 3-4 rings with me in good service to catch a call. And when I did the search it all came up with battery polling answers.

Second is I have used BgB rotation and Gsensor lists to delete anything I can think of to keep the dialer from rotating when someone calls me. Does anybody have a reg I can change to fix this? or anything for that matter? I saw someone in the imagino forum had figured this out, but they didnt say how they did it, they just asked for help then said to delete the thread because they figured out what they needed.
