Back-up Help?

Alright, so ever since i got my TP2 i have been flashing maybe the best only (by reading hundreds of posts!! ) in the end, i ended up with about two or three fav's that i will be switching back and forth from every so often... BUT every time i re-flash, i loose everything i have done! (installed apps, re-arranged menus/tabs, settings, etc)
so is there something like a back-up that i can just restore from? (that way i can restore certain back-ups for specific ROMs)

So... yeah! haha any help with this will be greatly appreciated

kif the rom is uccompliant or sashimi compliant you can have your cabs installed during the first boot after flash, from the sd card. i havent done it in a long time, and forget how it works, but just search those two words. Also, i use ppcpim bacckup for contacts, i only use my phone if something goes wrong with my backup on the storage card, sd went corrupt on me once. hope this helps, less you meant something else
