Downgrade to 6.1

I just upgraded to stock Verizon 6.5 ROM and don't like it (I think it is slow). How do I downgrade to the stock Verizon 6.1? Anybody have any links or tutorials I can download?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Downgrade to 6.1

I could be crazy but since there are 2 different download links the first one would be VZW 6.1 RUU_Rhodium_W_VERIZON_WWE_1.18.605.12_RS_1.88.07WV _NV_VZW_1.65_0811_PRL58002_Ship.exe

And this is the 6.5 rom... RUU_Rhodium_W_WM65_VERIZON_WWE_3.04.605.3_RS_2.23. 00WV_NV_VZW_1.94_1111_PRL58005_Ship.exe

It should be as easy as flashing any shipped rom.

Re: Downgrade to 6.1

Kiser,

If you haven't already downgraded to 6.1, try doing a hard reboot with 6.5 installed.

With 6.5, my TP2 with Verizon seems quicker and things like zoom on internet explorer works and bluetooth on my car works better. Audio (incoming sound quality on phone calls) also sounds better.

Re: Downgrade to 6.1

Ditto. WM6.5 seems to be faster once it settles in and completes all of the first boot processes.

Re: Downgrade to 6.1

Not to hijack this thread... but why would I want to upgrade to 6.5??

I was using my co workers Imagio, tweaking it for him as he kept running out of memory and his battery life sucked... and well... I hated the menus on windows side. Also, it felt very slow, and even after the memory tweaks, his memory filled up quickly.

Though, I like the look of HTC's interface on 6.5... I didn't see any reason to do it.

So, I ask... why would I want to upgrade to 6.5? For me, I use my phone for everything. It is basically an extension of my lap top. So if 6.5 helps in any way, I'll go for it.

Just really looking for reviews and recommendations.
