Re: [Guide] USCC TP2 to EnergyROM
Thanks for the guide! It's my first flash (as my phone is only 4 days old), and so far it's great! I seem to be having a problem though. Sometimes, my data connection is shown as "Sprint" and not "US Cellular". Is this just a glitch? How can I fix it?

Re: [Guide] USCC TP2 to EnergyROM
I read that right after I posted, sorry! I meant to delete that post, but I got busy...
Right now I am using the 21903 build of the Energy ROM. If I switch to 23569, should I "task 29" it in between, and is it safe? (Sorry, I'm a noob!) Thanks again for the help. |

Re: [Guide] USCC TP2 to EnergyROM
If you got the Radio/Bar Signal Icon is a white icon with an X, will the phone still work or will I have to get a blank SIM card in order to make calls/SMS/etc...

The phone will work if you have service. But if you don't have a sim card it will remain. It has not been skinned, it's not needed thats why it white.

Re: [Guide] USCC TP2 to EnergyROM
Cool.
The process seems to be a little easier than when I flashed my old 6800. I havent tried my TP2 since I got it in Nov. At least there's a factory ROM with the TP2 unlike the 6800 so if I do have issues, I got that to fall back on. |
