Text messaging woes

I am having a hell of a time finding the perfect balance. I want sense 2.5, but when I used a version with WinMobile messaging the messaging link on TF3D and in the contact profile did not work, and I was not happy with that. So then I had MightMikes newest rom for a few weeks and for the most part I LOVED it, it was perfect. But the HTC messaging was getting laggy(I can deal with that), but it would randomly lock up at times, and that I was less ok with. Then I ended up having issues with not receiving text messages, and some of my messages not being recieved by the other party. So I decided to try the new Verizon 6.5, and everything works perfectly. But its boring, I want sense 2.5 back and all the cool things that go with it.

Now I guess the big question is, how do I make my text messaging more stable? Is there a way to disable HTC messaging and still retain a working link on the TF3D tab and in the contact profile?

try my black out rom(Global 2.5) and u will not have any of those said problems with tf3d

Will do, I'll give it a shot when I get home tonight. Still couldn't hurt to hear other suggestions if anyone has any.

Wait does yours have Sense 2.5? That is a must, otherwise I'm good with the new Verizon 6.5 rom.
