I just got a refurbished Touch Pro 2 from Sprint, as a replacement for a Touch Pro, and I think that my SIM card is really missing. The SIM Manager says that no SIM card is present, and in the Phone Settings, the "Mode of operation" has only one choice, "CDMA only".

Is this all just because I'm in the United States right now? Or is there really no SIM card in the phone at all, perhaps because it's a refurb?
