Pre-6.5 Update Q?

OK... so I have downloaded the WM6.5 for verizon, but have seriously been debating installing it. I have my phone setup just the way I want it and don't want to have to go through all that again. So here is my question:

I know that I can update the radio only... bonus as all my configs stay the same, but what about the new bluetooth stack that supposedly comes with the update. Can I install the new bluetooth without the comlete upgrade? Those are really the only two features from 6.5 that I feel I need.....

Anyone have any ideas?
