errr, no, I don't have it.
Under 'Select' my options are AT&T or T-Mobile. If I chose T-Mobile it says "Network Error. cannot register on selected network"
I have to choose AT&T.
then under 'set networks' I again only have 2 to show up, AT&T & TMobile, so I tick both of them...

now, go to gsm/umts settings and choose band, then get settings.
