Verizon Win6.5 out!

If you copy the manila file from the zip over into the root of the windows folder and then install the Mode9 fix (I actually copied it over _after_ the Mode9 fix but I'm not entirely sure it matters) you need to be sure you reboot. At the very least you need to close TouchFlo and restart it (Settings -> All Settings -> Home -> blah blah blah)

Are you running any other sliders? Are you running any other slider mods? Have you installed any HDWallS backgrounds or sliders? Just trying to narrow down the possible variables.

i installed HDWalls.. i install the 1e29e8e7_manila to the windows directory . soft reset.. then i install the mode9 cab. soft reset.. i still get the same black slider bar. its not transparent/

My guess is an hdwalls problem. because it works on my 6.5 stock rom.

Here's another glitch I've found...not sure if this was a problem in the 6.1 version but it is in the 6.5:

If you customize your tabs and remove the Calendar, then, when you tap the HTC Calendar icon on the start menu, it just flashes and goes to the home screen. It seems that if it can't display it as a tab it just whacks out.

Dude, I have that on the stock ROM happening. Damn, I didn't even realize that's why it was the case. Haha.

And another one, is anyone else seeing this problem?

In the power settings, under advanced, you have the option to turn off the backlight and the device itself if it is not used for a certain amount of time. When on battery power, the Turn off backlight if device is not used for setting seems to work fairly well. The Turn off device if not use for setting, however, does not. The only setting that will turn off the device is if I set it for 1 min...and then it will turn off after about a minute and 40 seconds, hey, that's not too bad, is it?

The other settings of 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, and 5 min don't do squat and the device stays on continuously...will not turn itself off at all. Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone else about to go back to 6.1?

I do not have this problem with the VZW 6.5 rom. I can click either the calendar entry on the home screen or in the HTC start menu and they both take me to the default WM calendar.

When you say you can click it on the Home Screen, do you mean one of the tabs across the bottom?
