As you can see the home page has a transparent bar at the bottom which you can see the background through. And all the other pages have a solid slider bar at the bottom. But now I have a new problem, I fixed the home page so that the weather animation comes up with a non-default wallpaper (clouds all across the screen or the sun shining or the rain yada yada) but with the BG for all tabs a couple posts up the weather does not do the full screen animation thing. So...

1. Is there a fix for the slider only being transparent on the home page?

2. Is there a way to have BG4all and weather animations?

3. Last but not least, what's the deal with getting rid of the Manila start menu?

Here is an attachment for working backround and weather animations. I also suggest using the dirty rain fix that will keep the screen from going dark right before the windshield wiper goes.

FYI this it doesn't say it supports install from a windows 7 computer but it worked just fine. Also installed the battery hack, the signal bar hack, conflipper weather SMS sent all seem to work. Still have not seen any real response about the transparent clock, is there one with the temperature like the stock?

I put Win 6.5 on my TP2 and it is crawling now. I want to get it off but do not know how to restore to original ... yet .... Funny thing ... i have an Imagio too ... and although it is supposed to be less powerful, it runs 6.5 much faster.

Anyone know if its possible to get CityID on the TP2? I saw that the Imagio had it when I was messing around with it in the Verizon store. I already flashed MightyROM so I can't go to the verizon website for mobile phones (I just get a white screen). Does anyone know if they offer CityID as a download for TP2 on the verizon site? If they did I'd probably flash back to verizon and download the cab, then flash back to MightyROM.

I'm pretty sure I'm still a newbie..Is it confirmed that the Verizon Windows Mobile 6.5 will work on the HTC Touch Pro 2? I'm just a little nervous about downloading this because Verizon still hasn't said anything official yet. I hope you all can understand my hesitation as I use this device all day, every day.
Can someone confirm that it's safe to me? Thanks for the understanding, I appreciate you time.

Yes, it's safe. It's on the Verizon Wireless support page now. You WILL lose all your info when you flash tho.

You get a clear slider and BG 4 All tabs, and various other tweaks (check the first post in the thread).

Personally I went with the "Regular Clock" version for readability.

The slider under the current tab icon is gray, though and what I guess you'd call the curtain is clear. With 6.5 the slider doesn't turn clear properly, but rather the icon for the current tab is missing.
