The OS treats them separately, just like you can't have both radios active at the same time. If the CDMA side isn't provisioned, I don't see it effecting the GSM side if its on GSM only since all the provisioning data is provided by the SIM.

That would be my guess!!! Verizon on the right shows the brand of phone and the left the carrier that is active.
