Losing data (favorites, facebook links) during sync?

I've done searches, here and google but none seems to solve the problem or is outdated.

Anyone else have or have solved this problem? When I sync, sometimes, it loses my favorites and facebook links to all my contacts.

make sure that you don't have active sync setup to replace items from outlook on the device, and then have it set differently on another computer.

how many pc's are you syncing to?

i've never had a problem with this unless i did it to myself.

Also (so I don't have to create a new thread), how do you create distribution lists for emails?

And does the phone lag on the calendar for anyone else?
