volume up button and end button!!??

anyone notice the volume up button is less easier to push than the bottom volume button... i have a 11/30 build phone... let me know..

i mean it works.. it just feels like u need to push down a little more than the down volume button..

any thoughts...


this is the same issue with the call and end key.. the end key requires to be pushed a little deeper than the call button...

Yes OP. Mine's is 2 weeks old & it's starting to feel like it will break soon.

Mines is refurb and my volume up button is as you describe. It feels like nothing is happening when I hit the volume up button. Drives me crazy when I have to get the phone into a certain position and wrestle with it to get the volume to go up. My call and end key is fine.

I am debating to return mine's but your refurb could be a hassle.
How long have u had yours?
Was it covered by HTC or SPCS?

I had mines for about a month now. Replaced by SPCS.

Yes, my up vol button feels like it doesn't work. It doesn't bounce back like the down button. It works fine, but feels like it's broken.

The up and down seem pretty even and responsive on my phone. I've had mine since September and it is not a refurb.
