Unlocker

I paid three times but the HardSPL wont unlock my phone, I recently got my TP2 replaced and upgraded from XP to Win 7 but the Unlocker wont unlock my phone. I followed instructions and submitted a ticket at support.htc-unlocks.com, two as a matter of fact but I get no response? Is there another way to contact CMONEX because I tried and it been 2 weeks and no has followed up?
