I paid three times but the HardSPL wont unlock my phone, I recently got my TP2 replaced and upgraded from XP to Win 7 but the Unlocker wont unlock my phone. I followed instructions and submitted a ticket at support.htc-unlocks.com, two as a matter of fact but I get no response? Is there another way to contact CMONEX because I tried and it been 2 weeks and no has followed up?](*,)

Why don't you try shooting a PM. CMONEX would respond to ya I'm sure.

are you using Windows Mobile Device Center? Since you upgraded to Win7 that might be your problem.

Yes I using WMDC, Win 7 automatically downloads it for you once the phone is connected to the pc!
