If you're going to start flashing ROM's on any kind of regular basis you're much better off looking into UC/XDA_UC/SASHIMI as alternatives. With those tools, you can flash any custom, or stock ROM, as often as you want, and simply reinstall all apps and tweaks / settings as defined in your UC or SASHIMI setup. If you were to go your route, the next time you want to flash a different ROM, or even a newer release of the one you may be looking at or using now, you'd have to flash that new one, then reinstall everything from scratch anyway. Hope this makes sense.

Yeah, I see what ya mean. I was thinking that I might actually stick with one ROM but considering I've flashed about 30 times this past month I should just stick with configuring each time. And I am using SASHIMI as suggested by someone in another thread. Thanks a bunch!
