Thanks for the reply Boo B. I actually do use that tweaked version on SPB in your first link and like all the customizable options that are provided. I have also used Mskip Pro Plus Ultimate with SPB which was a little more unstable for me. Although both of these add amazing features to an amazing program the widgets are more like skins and don't add any kind of additional program functionality. The icon skins that are in addition are not much more than different shapes , sizes, or color to the same skin which I wasn't a big fan of either.

On the second link you provided being able to switch between TouchFlo and SPB. Does this put a strain on either UI that causes lag in your experiance?

No there is no strain using the switcher. Do you mean changing the background to something else?

I'm going to try this out (switching from Touch Flo to SPB). I guess I figured they were both kind of running simultaneously somehow and thought it would be insanely laggy. So so what would you suggest is the best ROM to run with SPB MS 3.5.3? Currently I am jusing Mighty Rom's War but I prefer Impact. Thanks in advance Boo B.
