coreplayer hotkeys all #E5?!

I cant customize my hotkeys for coreplayer.
Every change, no matter the key or action, is changed to #E5.
Which means if every key does the same thing.
any1 else has this problem?

I'd never modified hotkeys, but I just tried and I get the same thing here.
