2) They're not sensors, they're speakers 3) It's a mute button, generally used for when you are using the speakerphone in a call 4) That's a microphone to hear your voice when you use the speakerphone 5) That's a SIM card. You're with Verizon so you don't use this natively. But if you travel overseas, you can use this to jump on a european/asian wireless network which uses GSM |

It's just a little door thingy... Go ahead and try to pop it out though, you won't be able to. Just ignore it, it's nothing ![]() |

Re: questions about my new TP2
I thought it was maybe a JTAG or serial diagnostic port or something well, I had to use a good sized screwdriver and it popped right out and my phone started smoking. Good news is the moisture sensors still look good so I can send it in for warranty!

Re: questions about my new TP2
I only have so much time to read stuff. I'd rather spend it here than shovel through the 5 pounds of VZW propaganda documentation not to mention the 2 cd's that god only knows what they'll corrupt in my OS if I even hold them near my computer.
Yes, people should RTFM. In this case I tried. I really did try to read the crap but I get bored and fall asleep with all the bullsh they load in there. Maybe they could have used the plastic that they wasted on the CD's to make me a friggin screen protector! All that plastic and metal they wasted on providing power adapters for countries I'll never visit could have been used to make a nice little carry case. And all that paper...... |

Re: questions about my new TP2
I got a question,
does anyone else have trouble getting links to register in opera mobile, stock & 10.2 beta? I have to tap the links multiple times especially when the links are in close proximity to each other like the page 1,2,3.... next page buttons on this forum. is this a feature of resistive screens or winmo? and is there any solution? |
