Everyone's drunk tonight. YES skyfires fast. But ugly, choppy and not even real VGA.

Unfair in speed advantages just do a speedtest. The diff is crazy, but that's not real phone speed, that's skyfires server plus your phones speed..

As you can see there in the release notes, and this is a copy and paste:
"Full high resolution support: Skyfire now provides native support for the high-resolution VGA and wVGA screens found on many newer Windows Mobile phones."

And don't make excuses as to WHY skyfire is faster than any other browser. Just know that it IS faster, and we CAN and DO use it.

lol....you guys are quite funny. Why wouldn't you consider Skyfire a browser?? Why are you guys looking for all the excuses in the world to diss Skyfire??

Does Skyfire not display webpages?? Can you not access EVERY webpage possible? Does browsing with Skyfire magically show you some sort of secret webpage???

Your argument is saying that yes, both browsers get to the same page, but they do it differently. Hence its unfair. Newsflash....all I care about is the end result...which is displaying webpages....and hands down Skyfire is the winner.

Truth is, I'd rather use Skyfire than anything else Android currently has. I would love to watch videos posted on this thread unlike your devices that just ignore the video links.

I actually saw the gizmodo article while on my TP2 whike viewing and replying to you guys. Ill post the link once more to save anyone from searching and by the way..i tested the ability to view the video natively before posting it and tested viewing it from the thread link thereafter


I don't half ass my work or responses regardless or where or what device im on. Rather I'd like to rectify alot of the misconceptions you and slim were spweing around
