Dude... I'm soooooo... High maintenance when it comes to my phone.
I have left it at home and can't function without it.

But surely all the ones mentioned...
plus.

Windows media player
I love me some Skyfire.
Sprint NFL is a MUST.

I had kinoma and deleted it cuz my phone was feeling like a Kinoma phone rather than my phone. Kinoma wants to do it all. I might try it again though. I think the benefits might outweigh the nonsense.
ps... Whatch the Kinoma Freeplay rep show up and give his 2 cents. lol.

That's exactly why I never bothered with Kinoma Play. I don't want a multipurpose application that does everything. Eventually something things going to break, fall out of support, and fall behind the curve. Give me a single strong application that is focused on performing the predetermined task spectacularly and that's how you'll win my business.

I think the old adage applies here. "A jack of all trades, but a master of none."

With out a doubt SPB Backup is #1

Honorable mentions to: Resco Explorer, Ultrasoft Money, BeyondPod, BeeJive, Opera Mobile 10, Mobile Manager for Netflix, Coreplayer, Google Maps, Vtap, and Groove Fish (which probably wont make it through 2010)

I'm still trying to find one app that I can live without. Coming from a BB Storm (which had several) I'm looking for just one killer app on Winmo. All the apps I find appear to be just basic utility type apps.

I had two PPC geeks windows open at the same time. lol.
I can't live without my Sprint Nav either. I REALLY like it.
It's accurate and feature filled. I used it instead of Bing for finding just about anything too.

Contacts and Calendar are two essential apps that I use.

There are others that are nice to have but without Contacts and Calendar, I would switch devices in a minute.

well. the most important app for me is currently the new opera beta as IE sucks. I do ALL of my paperwork for my job electronically and having it with me all day on my pda is great.

but the app i caint do without is pocket quicken from landware.com. you put intransactions and what not and when you sync your pda it synces the transactions with desktop quicken.
