HELP: problem with notification sound

I have a problem with my TP2.
I use a software provided by my carrier/operator for using the pushmail service. Here is the link to the software :

Well,when i receive any email, there is just a little beep kind of sound, and there is no vibration. I tried all the Advanced settings for changing Notifications, even for the "pushmail:New Email"......but its not working...
can any one help me out...if it can be done via registry...
Hey techies, please help me out...as i need to check my phone every time to see if there is any email.
