T-mobile nights start at 9 PM and T-mobile doesn't have mobile to mobile (any network). You can't look at the plan alone, you have to read the details. I think everyone on here thinks their carrier is the best for them, or why would you be with that carrier... Heck I bet most of us also have some type of discount. I love Sprint, never had an issue with calls, data, or customer service, if I did I would leave them.

Compounded by the plans offered by each carrier. I'm sure my plan wouldn't even be an option on most carriers (500 mins, free nights and weekends 9pm, unlimited data and messaging $60/month), but I hate using the phone. Hence T-Mobile's lowered price option and the fact they don't rip you off on data or tethering means it's the best one FOR ME.

But definitely, everyone naturally is going to defend what they've invested resources in, even if you have an iPhone with AT&T. No one wants to blatantly sound like a fool (although there are several posts in this forum of people not liking their own Touch Pro 2 = fools).

Why are we even discussing this? Does having attachments vs the jack mean all that much difference? If I really listened to music on something aside from my Stiletto 2, I'd just have an adapter wherever I needed it. Although, I hate earbuds as well, so I'd have to have big fat padded earphones everywhere too!

I agree, it's not an issue to me either. Not sure how it got brought up or why we're discussing it. I personally like the unlocked SM version of the Touch Pro 2 the best. It's classy with the chrome look, and the back cover is the best too. Even though it doesn't have a 3.5mm jack, I'd take it over my Sprint version if it worked on Sprint.

To an extent your right, and while were at it a pass thru for Micro SD cards as well. Although the Mogul had this which I dropped once and the Micro SD card shot across the room since it was spring loaded.

And everyone else has already launched the device too. T-Mobile hadn't even launched it yet when that "report" was made. But now everyone has launched it.

CDMA has the jack, GSM does not. The reason is because the GSM device was made before HTC decided to put 3.5mm jacks on all future devices.

100% Correct.

i lost an SD card like that too on the 6700. but it doesnt bother me having the sd card inside..

the reset on the other hand is a pain now... sometimes the phone freezes and you cant use xdashutdown or anything like it, so the reset button is the way to go... or when flashing..

just a pain to have to take the cover off for that.. i liked how it was on the TP

i can switch between sprint and t-mobile or at&t whenever i want. not too many phones can do this, so i'll deal with the other stuff.
