HELP! On Screen Camera Button Lost One Tap Shoot Ability

So all of a sudden my camera button wants to be held down continuously to take a picture. Up until yesterday it was tap, focus, focus, focus shoot! Anybody know where the registry setting is to figure out whats up? Thanks
